Recycling at Transfer Site
The Following items may be recycled at the Transfer Site:
Appliances
$6.15 for appliances with motors and no Freon
$30.00 for appliances with Freon (e.g. refrigerators, air conditioners)
Free of charge for appliances with no motors and no Freon
Car Batteries
Free of charge
Cardboard
Flattened corrugated cardboard (with wavy layer) and brown paper bags only. Free of charge.
Motor Oil
Do not mix with gasoline, antifreeze, water or any other fluid. For your safety, transport to the depot in a sealed, transparent container. Seven gallon maximum. Free of charge.
Scrap Metal
All components must be metal. No light ballasts. Free of charge.
Propane Tanks
Must be empty, 5 or 7 gallon only. Free of charge.
