Commercial Garbage Service
To start service with us, please call our office 503-538-1388
We provide you with the appropriate garbage and recycling containers for your business.
Commercial garbage service is provided in 1.5 yard, 2 yard, 3 yard, 4 yard, 5 yard and/or 6 yard containers. Carts may be available upon request.
Mixed Recycling is available in 95 gallon carts or 2 yard containers.
Additional Cardboard Only containers and Glass Only carts are available.
Frequency
Garbage containers may be picked up on an on-call basis or as often as five times per week, depending on your business' needs.
Recycling containers are serviced weekly or every other week. Please see our Business Recycling Guide for more information on accepted recyclables and preparation guidelines.
Our friendly office staff can help you determine what size garbage and recycling containers will best suit your needs, as well as how often they should be serviced.
Containers must be placed on a concrete pad only, not on gravel, dirt or asphalt. Our Operations Manager must approve enclosures. Call for appointment. Containers must be in approved location and accessible the night before your pick-up day.
Payment Options
We bill on a monthly basis. Payment is due on the last day of the month that you are billed.
You may use the return envelope provided with your bill to mail a check or money order to Newberg Garbage Service, PO Box 1000, Newberg, OR 97132
You may pay your bill online using our secure Pay Pal account
You may drop a payment off at our office located at 2904 S Wynooski Rd, Newberg OR 97132. The NGS office accepts cash, check, money order, and all major Credit Cards.
We accept credit card payments over the phone during office hours.
There is an after hours payment slot in the office door if you arrive after the office is closed. Payments left after hours will be posted the next business day.
You may request an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Please contact us to set up this payment option.
Stopping Service
You must notify our office if you want to change or stop service. Charges will continue in your account name until we are notified.
If you are moving within our service district, you are responsible for relocating your carts.
